Remote Control of Human Behaviour - DREADDs

Post by MercurysBall2 »

A tweet with a short video clip of an excerpt from a speech given by Dr. Charles Morgan at West Point turned me on to the whole topic of Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs (DREADDs) and remote control of human behaviour. It fits into some other work I've done on military intelligence and radio waves which I'll expand on in further posts.

https://twitter.com/DanPeacock12/status ... 0526264322

In the short clip Morgan says that in his view 'the work of Dr Craig Venter is the equivalent of the development of nuclear weapons when you realize that he created Life in a cell. They can be programmed into you to do anything you want.. DREADDs are designer receptors that can be remotely controlled... It may affect the way you think, the way you act.. The new way to hide information is going to be in DNA.. This is what the Chinese are doing with DNA.. Merging DNA systems with quantum computing..'

His full talk is here and I'll probably break it down in the comments: Dr. Charles Morgan on Psycho-Neurobiology and War https://youtu.be/cTtIPBPSv0U

Google financed trafficking & experiments on kids https://searchvoat.co/v/Google/3747200/23248968
I found this horrifying statement below on Europol's Facebook page.

The poster accuses Google's Head of Engineering, Ray Kurzweil, of being a sadistic pedophile, along with two other giants of anti-aging biotech - Peter Diamandis & Craig Venter.

And they allege Sergey Brin and Larry Page, the founders of Google, finance it. That would explain why Google are censoring pizzagate news online and would link them directly to this sick abuse of kids.

Sandia Labs Find Vulnerability in Personalized Medicine Software https://healthitsecurity.com/news/sandi ... e-software
July 05, 2019 - Researchers at Sandia National Laboratories have discovered a vulnerability in personalized medicine software used for genomic analysis.

The vulnerability could open DNA-based medical diagnostic tools to a “man-in-the-middle” attack, in which a hacker intercepts communication between two parties either to eavesdrop or modify communications between them.

In this case, the two parties are a remote government server with standardized human genome data and a user of the Burrows-Wheeler Aligner (BWA) program, which is popular among personalized genomics researchers.

Sandia Labs explained that personalized genomics research involves a two-step process: sequencing the entire genetic content from a patient’s cells and comparing that sequence to a standardized human genome. By comparing those results, physicians can identify genetic changes in a patient that are linked to a particular disease. The researchers found the vulnerability at the point where the BWA program imports the standardized genome from government servers, resulting in the sequence traveling over insecure communications channels.

LONDON Craig Venter, the CEO of Celera Genomics - which is on the verge of publishing the sequence of the human genome - has signed an agreement with Sandia National Laboratory in the US to develop the most powerful computer in the world within four years - and it'll be used for biology.

Gaarrr.. just did a run down of the video. stepped away from computer for a while, got logged out and lost the work..

Anyhoo - speaker in the video is Charles A. Morgan III https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_A._Morgan_III
Charles A. Morgan III is an American psychiatrist who has studied posttraumatic stress disorder. ..Morgan has been a faculty member at Yale University and the National Center for PTSD. He's currently at the University of New Haven..

According to Hoffman, et al., Dr. Morgan worked under CIA psychologist Kirk Hubbard in the Agency's Research and Analysis Branch of the CIA's Operational Assessment Division, which the report describes as focused on psychological assessment of spies and potential spies
https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2015/1 ... ah-Torture
Kirk Hubbard: Chief of CIA's Behavioral Sciences Staff

Kirk Hubbard is a key figure in the torture scandal. He was ostensibly an employer or agent running Mitchell and Jessen for the CIA (though Mitchell earlier worked for CIA's Office of Technical Services). Hubbard describes himself many times in emails quoted in the Hoffman report as "Chief of the Research & Analysis Branch, Operational Assessment Division, Special Activities Group, CIA." However, on a few other occasions he also refers to himself in emails as "Chief of the Behavioral Sciences Staff at the Central Intelligence Agency."

Research paper co-written by Morgan: Role of norepinephrine in the pathophysiology and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder by S. Southwick, J. Bremner, A. Rasmusson, C. A. Morgan, D. Charney, 1999 https://www.semanticscholar.org/paper/R ... 22b25e8ee4
This review focuses on the role of norepinephrine (NE) in traumatic stress. The review is divided into three sections. The first section, "Norepinephrine and Arousal," describes preclinical studies related to norepinephrine's role in arousal, orienting to novel stimuli, selective attention and vigilance. It also contains a brief discussion of NE and its relationship to fear-provoking stimuli followed by preclinical and clinical studies that demonstrate heightened noradrenergic neuronal reactivity, increased alpha 2 receptor sensitivity and exaggerated arousal in organisms that have been exposed to chronic uncontrollable stress. The second section, "Norepinephrine and Memory," describes preclinical and clinical studies related to norepinephrine's role in enhanced encoding of memory for arousing and aversive events and in subsequent re-experiencing symptoms such as, intrusive memories and nightmares. The third section, "Norepinephrine and Pharmacologic Treatment," briefly discusses the use of adrenergic blockers, clonidine and propranol, as well as tricyclic and MAO inhibitors, for the treatment of PTSD.

Julies Axelrod https://voat.co/v/thinkdrafts/3745388/23247730
He won a share of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1970 along with Bernard Katz and Ulf von Euler.[2][3][4][5] The Nobel Committee honored him for his work on the release and reuptake of catecholamine neurotransmitters, a class of chemicals in the brain that include epinephrine, norepinephrine, and, as was later discovered, dopamine. Axelrod also made major contributions to the understanding of the pineal gland and how it is regulated during the sleep-wake cycle.

..Some of Axelrod's later research focused on the pineal gland. He and his colleagues showed that the hormone melatonin is generated from tryptophan, as is the neurotransmitter serotonin. The rates of synthesis and release follows the body's circadian rhythm driven by the suprachiasmatic nucleus within the hypothalamus. Axelrod and colleagues went on to show that melatonin had wide-ranging effects throughout the central nervous system, allowing the pineal gland to function as a biological clock

Seth LLoyd (pictured in the photo with Venter and Epstein ) is a MIT professor, was close friend to Epstein, received $ from Epstein personally and as surrogate for MIT under the radar. No coincidence that genome studies done in Santa Fe and Sandia in NM, a state where Epstein built one of his mansions.
