I suggest that NSFW rules apply to chat in regards to posting videos, gifs. Basically no nudity/gore/loli porn.

I think height of the chatroom should be adjusted to take available browser window. Large or long images (e.g. long cat image) should be scaled down, so they do not slide off other messages.
